Our nursery is a warm and welcoming space where children from ages 2 to 4 can learn, explore, and grow, within a safe and nurturing environment.  

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, where the children learn through play and exploration.  We encourage children to develop independent skills, social skills, and a lifelong love of learning, within our carefully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, supported by our highly skilled teacher led team.

Nursery places

If you would like a place, please get in touch, and we will put your child on our waiting list.  We will contact you once your child becomes eligible to start, and we have spaces available.  Spaces typically become available in September, but we do also have other intakes in January and April.  

We will usually invite you and your child in to visit us before starting.  On your visit you will have the opportunity to chat with staff, have a look around, and we can hopefully answer any queries you may have.  We also hold open evenings during the year; families are welcome to come along for a no obligation visit and chat.

Children in our nursery typically then go on to join our infant school, and we fully support the children and their parents/carers throughout the transition.  Children will still need to apply for their reception place, even if they go to our nursery.  Please see our admissions page for more information.  

15 hour places

We offer 15 funded hours to ALL 3 and 4 year olds, and eligible 2 year olds, at either our morning or afternoon sessions (term time).

Our session times are:

Morning Nursery: 8.45am to 11.45am - Monday to Friday

Afternoon Nursery: 12.30pm to 3.30pm - Monday to Friday

Children are admitted to nursery the term after they turn 3, or the term after they turn 2 (if eligible), pending spaces.

30 hour places

We offer 30 funded hours to eligible 3 and 4 year olds (term time).  Our session times are:

8.45am to 2.45pm (30 hours) - Monday to Friday (free entitlement hours) 
8.45am to 3.30pm (32.5 hours) - Monday to Friday (with small additional charge)

We have a limited number of 30 hours spaces; if spaces are available children will be admitted to nursery the term after they turn 3. 

Lunchtime

Children can bring in their own packed lunch, or you can buy a hot school lunch at £3 per day*.  They will be supported over the lunchtime period by our Mid Day Supervisors, alongside the nursery staff.

You MUST have an eligible code which will need to be shared with us BEFORE your child starts nursery. 

If you are given a 6 digit code this does not need to be renewed, and will remain valid throughout your child's time in nursery.

If you are given an 11 digit code this will need to be renewed every 3 months, and MUST be valid BEFORE your child starts nursery.

3 year funding - 15 hours

All 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours universal funding, and do not need to apply for this.  Children can start nursery the term after they turn 3.  Please click here for more information
